When families finally hear “we can start now,” the relief is real.

I spoke with a parent recently who had been trying to get ABA services for her child for over a year. She’d been through the whole process: evaluation, diagnosis, insurance…

And then got stuck in limbo.

She was still waiting for a spot to open up with one of the bigger agencies.

When I told her there was no waitlist here, she paused. Then: “Wait… really?”

Yeah. Really.

That moment stuck with me, not because I said something amazing, but because it reminded me how frustrating the system can be when you’re just trying to get help for your kid.

Why We’re Set Up This Way

Cove is small on purpose. When someone reaches out, they’re talking directly to me, not a help desk or a third-party intake team. If I can take the case, we move quickly. If not, I’m upfront about it.

Being Boutique Means:

  • No long chains of communication
  • No bouncing between departments
  • Just real people trying to help, without the red tape

Not a Knock on the Big Guys, But…

Larger agencies have their place. They often serve hundreds of families and do great work. But the downside is usually the waitlist, the churn, the inconsistency.

If you’re tired of leaving voicemails that don’t get returned, or meeting a new tech every few weeks, I get it. That’s part of why I started Cove, to offer something more personal and responsive.

If You’ve Been Waiting Too Long

You’re not alone. There are a lot of families out there in the same position, stuck in between steps, unsure what to do next.

If you reach out to Cove, I’ll do my best to give you a clear answer, even if I can’t take the case.

And if we’re a fit, we don’t wait. We start.

Because your child’s support shouldn’t be on pause.
