About Us
Our Mission
At Cove, our mission is rooted in a simple, yet powerful belief: people always come first. Founder Evan started Cove after growing frustrated with the direction many ABA companies were taking—prioritizing profit over the needs of the individuals they were supposed to serve.
With private equity money driving decisions, he watched as many companies compromised on the quality of care, putting financial gains before clinical integrity. At Cove ABA, we are committed to changing that. We put our clients—children with autism and their families—at the center of everything we do, delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy with integrity and compassion.

Evan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children in schools, homes, and residential settings. His clinical focus is on helping families build practical, sustainable skills in real-life environments using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide a refreshing, personalized approach to ABA therapy. Cove aims to be a place where every client feels heard, respected, and supported by a team that is not only highly skilled, but deeply invested in their success.
We focus on being responsive, flexible, and up-to-date with the latest in ABA practices, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and empathetic care possible. We believe that therapy should be a partnership between provider and parent—not a transaction—and at Cove, we’re committed to creating a space where families feel valued, not just like another number in the system.

Who does Cove aim to serve?
New parents, often overwhelmed by the process and uncertain about where to begin. Our team provides guidance and support, helping you navigate the complexities of therapy with clarity and confidence.Seasoned therapy families who may have had negative experiences with large, corporate-run ABA agencies. We know the frustration of feeling like just another client in a system that values billing over personalized care. At Cove, you’ll find a different approach—one where your child is treated as an individual, not a number. We focus on building real relationships and providing high-quality therapy that genuinely works.
Our Story
Cove was founded by Evan in 2025 after almost than a decade of working in a variety of settings, from schools to residential programs to insurance companies. Over the years, he grew disillusioned with the direction many of the companies he worked for were heading. He saw firsthand how private equity investments and a focus on profits led to a decrease in clinical quality, with billing becoming more important than sound, effective therapy. After years of witnessing these compromises, Evan decided it was time to create something better—a company where the values of expertise, personal care, and clinical integrity came before all else. Cove was born out of this vision: to provide families with an alternative to the often impersonal, profit-driven models of larger ABA providers.
